Join the Bear Class at the Master Mariners Wooden Boat Show

We are excited to announce that the Bear class will be prominently featured at this year’s Master Mariners Wooden Boat Show! This annual event is a spectacular showcase of some of the most beautiful and historically significant yachts on San Francisco Bay, including our beloved Bear boats.

Date: Sunday, June 23rd, 2024
Time: 10 AM to 4 PM
Location: Corinthian Yacht Club, Main Street, Tiburon
Admission: $20 (Children under 12 free, must be supervised)

This year, you’ll have the unique opportunity to see Bear #47 Chance and Bear #69 Velerosa up close. These classic sloops are part of our storied fleet, and we’ll be on hand to share their history, unique design features, and the thrill of sailing these remarkable boats.

We are also reaching out to prospective Bear owners! If you've ever dreamed of owning a classic Bear boat, now is the time. Several Bears are currently looking for new caretakers, including Bear #35 Renegade, which has recently changed hands and is eager to find a new, passionate owner.

Come meet our skippers, learn about the rich heritage of the Bear class, and discover how you can become part of this vibrant community. Whether you're a seasoned sailor or a maritime enthusiast, the Master Mariners Wooden Boat Show offers something for everyone.
