Bongo needs a new home

Bear #64 needs to relocate, preferably with a loving and skillful craftsman owner who wants to sail and maybe race a classic sailboat. Bongo was donated to a non-profit who were planning to use Bears in their sailing program. That has been scaled back considerably, so Bongo along with Huck Finn #17 need new homes.

These famous traditional wooden boats are very capable and seaworthy which is why they have survived. Take on a piece of history and after the hard work you will enjoy all the Bay has to offer. The condition is sound and worth the effort to make her sail again, but significant work on the bottom and a new rudder are needed.

Full rig included and can be delivered. Does not include trailer except for temporary transportation and storage.
